Desde el origen de la humanidad, las mujeres han parido en diferentes posturas. Hoy en día el parto se ve afectado por varios factores y condicionantes de la estática materna: la monitorización, (aunque cada vez más hospitales integran monitorización inalambrica), la analgesia epidural, la posición ginecológica…
Es importante una buena conciencia corporal, conocimiento anatómico de nuestro cuerpo, saber cual es el trayecto que debe hacer el bebé, saber que voy a sentir durante las contracciones.
El parto es nuestro, pero no solo a modo de reivindicación del mismo por el simple echo de parir, si no porque además cada mujer paré por si misma y la ayuda médica debería ser solo ayuda.
La buena preparación física y psicologíca de la madre es muy importante para evitar posibles complicaciones durante el parto y evitar lesiones en el postparto.
- ¿Puedo ayudar en el momento del Parto?
Las mujeres debemos escuchar nuestro cuerpo para ir adaptándonos al paso del bebé por el canal del parto. En las clases de Preparación al parto enseñamos qué posturas y posiciones adoptar para facilitar el paso del bebé y facilitarnos el proceso a nosotras, ya que adoptar estas posturas hace que las contracciones generen menos dolor o molestias.
Las parejas pueden sentirse útiles ya que pasan a ser nuestros “coach” o acompañantes durante todo este proceso y es importante que sepan donde y cómo colocar manos, qué movimiento hacer en qué momento ayudar o dar espacio y tener la seguridad de identificar qué necesitamos basándose en los síntomas que vamos sintiendo. - ¿Que son las contracciones?
Así es como se denomina al movimiento muscular. Una contracción acerca el origén y la inserción de un músculo. - ¿Duelen las contracciónes?¿Porque?
El dolor es algo muy relativo todos tenemos tolerancia mayor o menor al mismo. En las contracciones lo que se produce es una anoxia (falta de oxigeno) en las fibras musculares y eso es lo que produce el dolor. - ¿Ayudan las respiraciones en el parto?
Ya que las contracciones que se producen durante el parto consumen oxigeno es importante una buena ventilación. Los ejercicios respiratorios nos ayudaran a aportar el oxigeno que necesitamos durante el proceso del parto.
